2. User Eligibility

• Employers and job seekers must provide accurate and truthful information when creating accounts or posting jobs.

3. Job Postings

Employers:

• Job postings must be accurate, lawful, and non-discriminatory.
• You are responsible for ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Wera reserves the right to remove any job posting that violates these terms.

Job Seekers:

• You are responsible for verifying the legitimacy of job postings and employers.
• Wera is not liable for any disputes or issues arising from job applications or employment.

4. Contracting Professionals

• Contractors and employers must agree on terms, deliverables, and payment independently.
• Wera is not a party to any contracts and is not responsible for disputes between contractors and employers.

5. User Conduct

• Do not post false, misleading, or harmful content.
• Do not engage in spamming, fraud, or any illegal activities.
• Respect the privacy and rights of other users.

6. Fees and Payments*

• Wera may charge fees for premium job postings or other services.
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

7. Intellectual Property

• Wera owns all intellectual property related to the platform.
• Users retain ownership of their content but grant Wera a license to use it for platform operations.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Wera is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the platform.
• We do not guarantee job placements, the accuracy of job postings, or the performance of contractors.

9. Termination

• Wera reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• Users may terminate their accounts at any time by contacting support.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the Kenyan law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kenya.

11. Changes to Terms

Wera may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
