Key Responsibilities:
● Identify partnership opportunities with potential clients including universities, corporates,
and government agencies.
● Conduct market research on cyber range adoption trends and training demands.
● Support the development of client engagement strategies and promotional campaigns.
● Assist in preparing pitch decks, proposal documents, and grant applications.
● Represent CTFROOM in virtual and in-person cybersecurity community events.
● Maintain CRM databases and help streamline onboarding of partners and clients.
Requirements:
● A recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
● Strong interest marketing, business development with a focus in cybersecurity training
and talent development ecosystems.
● Conversant with cybersecurity training and (up)skill and capability development
platforms, cybersecurity competitions and events e.g. CTFs, Cyber drills, and trends in the domain.
● Excellent communication, research, and organizational skills.
● Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
● Knowledge on design and execution of social media surveys.
