Responsibilities
Supporting sales:
Collaborate with the Commercial and Marketing teams to enhance their pitch on Product & VAS services.
Provide support to enable Commercial and Marketing teams to cross-sell & upsell.
Gathering and documenting feedback from relevant stakeholders including but not limited to Sales team, Marketing Team, IT teams, Customer Care team etc.
Assists prepare sales pitch and training on Products and VAS
Operations & Reporting:
Daily Generating and analyzing relevant reports.
Departmental Performance Reporting.
Work with partners when required to reconcile reports and data points.
Maintain an updated Product 360 database of merchants and the Products and Value-added services they are consuming for purposes of cross and Up selling.
Maintaining sanity on Product and VAS Opt in and Opt outs.
Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure revenues have been booked appropriately.
Resolving Customer Care Tickets
Product Lifecycle Management & Innovation:
Collaborate with technology department to maintain health check on Product and VAS user experience.
Collaborate with Customer service team to enhance user experience. Collaborate with third party partners to fix bugs and enhance product performance.
Identify merchant needs and opportunities that we can use to innovate solutions.
Do research on competition and market trends.
